When getting a violation notice you get it from the yahoo team. When you question this violation you get a form letter from Ginger. I wonder if Ginger is a live person or just a computer talking it is always the same answer.

I have never received a letter from Yahoo team for a violation, but I will challenge Ginger for your good name.

I've gotten 2 auto responses from Ginger, then no follow up. I think Ginger is real, but her idea of doing her job is to tap on the delete key all day when each "challenge" to a violation comes in.
