Very carefully, my friend. There are two 'popular' methods-surgical and chemical. The former is self-explanatory to a certain degree. Since the term refers to the complete removal of the testes, I think you can figure it out. The latter is completed by the use of either Depo provera, which completely rids the body of testosterone or tamoxifen, which blocks the enzyme aromatase,which converts estrogen to testosterone and which is used also by women who've had estrogen-dependent breast cancer, as a follow-up chemotherapy. I suppose one could also use X-radiation, but there are lots of issues with that modality--not that there aren't issues with any of these. Hope this info is useful...
