History tells us that only one country has ever used nuclear weapons. It was not a Muslim country.
There are countries with all sorts of religions who posses nuclear weapons: Christian.......... US UK France etc
Muslim............. Pakistan
Hindu............... India
Judaism........... Israel
?....................... Russia China N Korea
I do not think that the UN is worried about Muslims gaining nukes. As at least one Muslim country has them, it's too late to worry about that anyway.
I fail to understand why we should feel particularly worried about Iran. I think this is US/UK propaganda. Iran is not fighting any wars at the moment. It is not bombarding other countries with its non-nuclear weapons.
On the other hand, Israel has just destroyed the Southern part of a neighbouring country. The US/UK invaded and destroyed Iraq under a transparently false pretext. They created and continue to create havoc in Afghanistan.
The US threatens other countries all over the world. Top of the list at the moment is Iran. Venezuela and N Korea are also under threat. N Korea is protected by its proximity to China, Iran has some protection from Russia, Venezuela is arming frantically to ensure that they can make a fight of it if they are attacked. Iran is now helping them. Note that one thing Iran and Venezuela have in common is they possess large quantities of oil, as did Iraq. Can there be a clue here?
By their current risky behaviour the US is threatening the stability of the world and the security and life of everyone of us. That is why that is the country to fear.

A muslim country already had nukes and that country is Pakistan. They have had nukes for years and years, and they have never used it before. Anyway the UN isn't worried about muslims gaining nukes as they already have them, and they have never used them.
I am worried that the US has them. They are the only country that has used a nuke to cause death (Japan). They SHOULDN'T be allowed to have them. Its like a convicted peadophile should never be allowed to work with children as they have shown that they are capable of doing such an action. The US has shown the world that they have used it, which means that they should never be allowed to have them.
IRAN is not at war with anyone. The USA is looking for a reason to invade and steal IRANS oil. Its like IRAQ, they went there for WMD. There wasn't any and therefore they changed there story to liberising the IRAQIS.

What's religion got to do with nuclear capability? The christians have it, the muslims have it the hindus and the sikhs have it and the Jews have it.
I would be more wary of the United states waging a Nuclear war because the've done it before.
Pakistan is a muslim nation with nuclear weapons capability you never hear Pakistan threatening Israel.

Iran is a very modern and multicultured country. Pakistan and india have had nukes for along time and have a higher population of muslims, is anybody scared of them. The reason some people are scared is because of the US properganda against them. The US are doing this because Iran has a big oil reserve and is going to sell oil in euros not dollers (which Saddam did) this in turn will undermine the doller causing billions more US debt.

The UN is pretty much a JOKE in my opinion. The security council cannot pass ANY resolutions against Iran Without China and Russia BOTH have BILLIONS invested in Iran. What China and Russia FAIL to realize is that once Iran would get finished with the USA They would Turn on China and Russia Because Iran and the Radicals want the Entire world to be Muslims.

Iran with nuclear weapons does not worry me, they can't produce them in any amount worth worrying about without the US bombing them into oblivion. Also i doubt China or nearby India or Pakistan would be too happy about another nuclear neighbour actually making enough to become a threat.
Its just scaremongering, preparing the US citizenry for the next invasion of a foreign country the current US administration is planning.
I fear the US, it is the most warlike nation on earth right now, their own actions show this, and it has a religious maniac in charge supported by others who follow the same insane dogma. I fear them because they have the arsenal actually capable of world destrution and they are also the ONLY country ever to have used explosive weapons of mass destruction, the ONLY one and they caused a genocide in Japan unpunished to this day.
The US used chemical weapons in Korea and Vietnam, biological ones in Vietnam and Gulf War1...put your hands up you have been effected by Iranian or Iraqi weapons in USA or Europe...nobody...? Now put your hands up if you are Iraqi or Iranian and were affected by the chemical weapons the US SOLD TO IRAQ in the 1970/80s...stampede of hands though mainly from corpses.
This war on terror is actually a war on those who own resources, mainly oil, that the US needs to steal to fuel its economy which is collapsing under the weight of its own military, and a way to keep the current administration in power for ever (see Pompey, Julius Caesar etc for comparisons, "the threat from barbarians", Gauls etc whatever the current flavour of threat that day was, is the same as the threat from terrorists now, its barely credible).
Iraq attacked because of non-existent weapons and a non-existent link to Al-Qaida.
Iran next because of a non-existent nuclear threat.
Fear the the dog that has big teeth not the one that barks loudly, Iran may sound off a lot but its just posturing, the US is the nation we need to start turning around to a position of peaceful co-existence and weapons reduction.

I going to be realestic whith you jhon whether you like it or not. Its a battle as the president of the USA said "Some people say its a war on civilization between the west and middle east. Tell me why should west develop and not the mideast. america is trying to put a new face to the current middle east. its whants us to be governed and socially be american. This would give them easier countrols from then leaders to control the price of the liquid that runs the world. I think we could live peacefully together if only we wipe out those in the west and mideast that seek world domination in violence, but most people are blind.
Uranuim and other nuclears can also be used for economic energy

The Iranians have as much right as anyone, including the Israelis, to have nukes. Anyone witha nuke is scary e.g. USA, N.Korea; and Pakistan already have them. The concern over Iran is amazingly similar to the WMD debate re: Iraq - it was used as an excuse for an invasion to grab the oil wells. This is probably just another prelude to the same thing.

the US is the only country that ever used nukes, dropping them on two civilian targets in Japan and killing quarter of a million instantly.
iran doesn't have nuclear capability. what is happening now is that the right in the US are going throuigh the same propaganda as in the run up to the iraq war (remember non-existent WMD?) in order to justify the attack planned a long time ago.

We should have stopped Haliburton from selling them nuclear technology last year!
Halliburton charged with selling nuclear technology to Iran
Halliburton, the notorious U.S. energy company, sold key nuclear-reactor components to a private Iranian oil company called Oriental Oil Kish as recently as 2005, using offshore subsidiaries to circumvent U.S. sanctions. The story is particularly juicy because Vice President Dick Cheney, who now claims to want to stop Iran from getting nukes, was president of Halliburton in the mid-1990s, at which time he may have advocated business dealings with Iran, in violation of U.S. law.
