Wild card question! Do you love him? If you do - and money was the problem before - just date him for a while. Wait for a commitment (if there is one) until he has his act together and can support both of you. Make him prove to you that he can handle money.

You two split up cuz he didn't have much money. He still doesn't have much money. Sooo, since money was the reason you split- stay split. Perhaps if and when he becomes rich, you will WANT to get back together. But, I'd hope he tells you to forget about it. You seem to feel that money is what makes a person desirable. Rather sad.
