The 70's, 80's and some early 90's I liked, from groups like:

Black Sabbath
Alice Cooper
Iron Maiden
Judas Preist
ACDC
Guns n Roses
Aerosmith
ZZtop
Def Leppard
Twisted Sister
Metallica
Quiet Riot
Moetly Crue
Faith No More
Van Halen
Queen

Most of the rest of the types of music (punk, rap, country, disco, etc) from these eras just dont sound good to me.

The 60's are a waste to me, but with some good artists (JIMI HENDRIX)

Absolutely!

Some 70s and 90s music is good too, but overall the 80s was the best decade.

No, I love a lot of 80s stuff (Talking Heads, Elvis Costello, The Cars, Nick Lowe, Squeeze, etc) but the mid 60s was best.

Hmmm... Other than the Beatles and Beach Boys?

Yep... I loved the mindless pop of the 80's... Huey Lewis & the News, Madonna, Phil Collins, The Police, The Go-Go's...

Even some of those hair-bands had some great ballads or bouncing songs.

The 80's has to be just about the worst decade for music, 70's was classic, just look at how many artists, songs are still going from that decade.

I used to live near a dead mall and no one was ever in it and all of the stores were closed, but the lights were on all day and night, and it always played 80's music with an empty echo added to it. It was actually kinda relaxing.
