Not knowing exactly how much time or paperwork is involved, my guess is that it would be under 10 hours, maybe under 5 hours.

So, at a rough guess based on that, between $500 and $1000 should be reasonable. Less, if they already know the specific procedure, or if the paperwork is very simple (which I doubt it is).

{EDIT} Of course, as Orthodox.Ted correctly pointed out, you can always do the research and fill out the forms yourself.

$0 - go to the courthouse and fill out some forms and the expungement will be granted if the criteria are satisfied.

{EDIT} I've done this three times and all I paid was court costs of $30 each time. No attorney was ever involved.
