How quickly the flesh forgets.
Curt Cobain blew his brains out to prove he wasn't full of sh*t.
I don't know a lot about Slipknot, but Marilyn Manson is just a sensationalist taking everyone for a ride (though I did like mechanical animals).
Nirvana are best in my opinion, because it was real, and it felt like it mattered.

If Nirvana was able to stay alive and not blow their brains out, they would be the best band EVER! They would be talked about with the Beatles, Rolling Stones, and Led Zeppelin, and not with Marilyn Manson and Slipknot. So because of that fact i will say Nirvana.

Nirvana demonstrated great talent. . . I don't know much about slipknot but think they are more of a fad than a talent. . . . and. . .
