Basically I go online and I recieve messages from internet explorer that says The internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close.any data you have saved will be lost. Sorry for the inconvienence. What do I do to stop this from happening?

Internet Explorer keeps crashing.
Go to http://update.microsoft.com/ to download the latest updates.
If problem consist try an alternative browser like Mozilla Firefox.
