Suppose you have two proteins in a stable complex, with opposite charges alligning perfectly so that the complex is really stable. Now, suppose that a few of these charges change to a hydrophobic side chain.... . What are the implications --- this deals with polymorphisms, i believe.

First supposition gives you a two paired chain of aminoacids giving you a protein with 2 strands, homologous.

After the charge changes, you get a protein with loopholes, not a perfect match, they get different charges, different shapes, maybe different functions.

Technically Dna Has two spiral opening it and making a protein is a bit difficult so one time we make a rna and we use it every time when we make a protein
