I’m 8 weeks into my pregnancy and so far I’ve only had little bouts of Nausea. My fiancé and I went to the LA County fair on Sunday and I thought I was going to have a blast. Food everywhere! But within 1 hour I found myself feeling faint and nauseous. It had to have been about 95 degrees outside. I drank plenty of water and had eaten something that morning. Why did I feel so horrible and why did I feel like I was going to faint the whole time we were there? Has anyone else experienced this before?

Sorry! I know how you feel. Starting from about 4 months for me and it still happens and my doctor just says "It's Normal." I think if him or his wife felt like that it wouldn't be "normal!!" So, my hubby who is a doc told me to lie on my left side and massage my corotid http://images.google.com/images?svnum=10&hl=en&sa=X&oi=spell&resnum=0&ct=result&cd=1&q=carotid&spell=1 on one side at a time. Mentally slow down your breathing and slow your breathing by taking deeper breaths. SIT DOWN if you can't lay down! Your baby is causing your lung capacity to be restricted. You'll have to do a lot of moving around to find a comfy position. Someone here told me to get on all fours (don't do this at the grocery store - smile!!!) and let my belly hang. That helps but what helps the most is just time, unfortunately. Someone else said she felt better if she took small, not deep breaths. Hang in there...its a miserable feeling. I found it was worse if I moved too fast, when I got out of warm baths and when I put my hands and arms up to do my hair for longer than 4 or 5 minutes.
CONGRATS!!!

that happened to me too , it was a fast drop in blood pressure , or a fast rise in it , that's what usually causes these type of things.
