Go deeper if you want.The rotors will rust anyway,your pads keep the rust off when you stop.Just don't go deep enough to get water in your airbox and you're fine.

Your brakes will be fine once they dry, but keep in mind depending on the quality of water in the creekbed it will eat your pads up fairly quickly. I have to replace pads on my atv alot due to the conditions I ride in.

nope the disc brakes will dry out and be fine.

nope but if they are wet it will be harder to stop untill they dry.
