I don't think Tampa Bay is in the same class as the Titans, Raiders, and Packers. They have played two tough teams and should rebound. They are still not good but they are not a "turd". The Browns and Texans are pretty close though.

I'd replace Green Bay with KC. Also, I believe that Detroit is far and away the worst team in that division. Tampa will probably improve before the season is over.

I like your choices, but I would put Oakland at the very bottom. They suck badly. Green Bay second from worst, and Tennessee third.
You know what's funny? Based only on performance thus far, Miami and Houston would have to be right there, too.

Pretty much the same teams from last season. Tampa is a surprise though, and I wouldn't count Carolina, even though they are 0-2. They've played tough.

Oakland. They were bad before Brooks got injured now they are really poor. Green Bay are a close second though. They can't Protect Favre to save there lifes.
