For example :in a bar or a club all she has to do is just being there ,and there will be several OFFERS for sure, but poor guys ,just being there is not just enough ,we have to approach so many, and sometimes with no success. So why do some girls saying they have problem with pulling a guy?

Yes, it is easier for women. However, for women like me it was always a little intimidating because you'd have to somehow weed out the nice guys from the jerks. It's a total cat and mouse game and the women have the power. Maybe you should try approaching fewer women instead of randomly hitting on as many as possible.
My advice is if you want to meet someone, don't look for them in a bar. Unless you just want to get laid, then it's the perfect place for finding that.

As guys we are predatory by nature.
This comes from our development in evolution.
So we know when there is weak ones that have no self confidence or looks or whatever it is that sets off warning bells.
So some women have that aspect of the problem.
Then there is the women that guys see and go damn she must get hit on all the time and won't talk to me. So they do not approach her. Then there is the ones that just get tired of getting hit on all the time and that can drive guys away from her if she frequents the same clubs or what not.

I don't know for sure really but, I would have to say that it's way easier for a girl to pull a guy. I mean even the ugly ones are guaranteed sex. Even the decent looking guys have to go and talk to the girl first.
