Ok I took 3 different brand preg. tests, they all show + but the one at the health department shows - but it was a faint line... does this mean i am or i might be or what? ONLY SERIOUS ANSWERS!

You probably are. You should take another test. Then contact your doctor for an appointment....pregnancy can and should be confirmed with a blood test. You could try going to a place like planned parent hood for the testing as well.

in some diseases...like ovary cancer and other types of tumors the pregnancy test may come out positive
