Cosmology would be my freeform answer. The Babylonians were the first civilzation to record astronomical charts and models of the structure of the universe.

But the code of Hammurabi is probably what they are referring to. It was a legal code, "an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth" is taken from the code of Hammurabi. It also had cheerful bits like stating that a man who built a house that fell down would be put to death. Limited liability companies did not exist in Babylon, that much is certain.....
