of course he has already been aquitted, but in your opinion -- is michael jackson really guilty or not? and WHY? (very important)

im not taking sides -- but i'd like to hear some input. a lot of people seem to hate him. don't get me wrong, im no fan, i really don't care -- but i would like a solid evidence before judging a person. based on what the court presented -- the mother of the child that was allegedly molested was very inconsistent with her stories and that threw her off.

so the most important question... if you believe michael jackson is guilty -- why do you think he is? what made you believe that he is guilty?

Not Guilty!! They couldn't find one shred of evidence! The parents of the accuser are known for doing shady things for money! They even made their kids steal clothes from J.C. Penny and then when the security guards detained them the mother claimed they molested her and beat her up. She got $150,000 in a settlement from J.C. Penny! She has also accused her husband of molesting her son! The only thing Michael is guilty of is caring about the wrong people! If it wasn't for Michael that kid would not have even beat cancer and his parents admit this!!

For what it's worth, I think the only crime the bloke committed was gross stupidity. He's just soft in the head, I think. And in many ways I think he's a victim of both his own success and a society in which adults would have to stand back and let a kid get torn apart by wild dogs because if they intervened somebody would point a finger and accuse them of somehow violating somebody else's rights. Maybe even the rights of the wild dogs.

In the end, only he's gonna know if he really did it or not, as are those described as his victims. So best the people accept the verdict of the laws which bind them together as a society.

Otherwise, innocence will become a matter of crude judgementalism and the mindless gossip of those with far too much time on their hands and far too little to do with it, and the much-championed bill of rights becomes nothing but a meaningless scrap of paper.

Due process said not guilty.

So isn't it time for the witch hunt to end?

I think he was 100% guilty! But the smart thing about what and HOW he did it with was this: Of course he did background checks into everyone's history (why wouldn't he? He's so paranoid about who's around him, it only makes sense; plus,it's just generally a good practice if you're famous and having people around him), so after the checks were complete, he specifically chose which kids to prey on probably determined by age of the child, upbringing, financial status, whether parents were honest, reliable, hard working individuals or people with somewhat shady or so-so pasts; that way IF any of the chosen kids ever made allegations and the parents wanted to sue, even if it were true the kids were molested, it would be the "parents" on trail as well; I'm sure it was a well thought out plan; Michael Jackson may be a lot of things, but he's no dummy; just a bit wacky and sexually depraved. Of course, the above is only "allegedly" true...

I believe he's not guilty...that woman had done false charges on JC penny..
she tried to do the same as she done with MJ (false charges)but he won..
she tried with Chriss Tucker..he felt something was wrong & got away from that family..he tried to worn MJ..but he's such a good hearted..
she tried with J Lenno..he got away from them..
these people(Tucker & J Lenno) tustified in the court..I wached every report..every epesod of the re-acting of the tiarial....
the day the verdect came out was my last day for me in my last year in college final exams..so I was so extra happy..

Not Guilty
When a person gets to the top jealous people try to get him down.
The same thing happened to Michael Jackson.

PS:I am a great fan of him!

No....I don't think there's been enough evidence to find him guilty, but if I was the parent of a young son, I still wouldn't put him in such a bazaar environment....it's just too weird.

I think he was guilty of the first charge a decade or so ago. He lost his Pepsi contract and paid a lot of money to settle the charge. If he was innocent he could have sued the person for slander.

Michael Jackson is a freak who prays on weak people. The parents who let their children around him are at fault also. If there was a suspicion of child abuse, why would you let your child around the person? I think they should have the children taken from them for that reason.

The Jury did its job.

Not guilty. What I think is irrelevant.
