Approving form submissions before they are posted???

Question

Anyone know of a php script, or other method of creating a page that allows me to login, and approve submissions that are sent by a form page on my site?

don't know of any that are out there, but it should be as simple as creating an approved flag on the database, then creating a log in page with a list of unapproved articles (flag=0) that have links that set that approved flag = 1.
