Boarding if its hostile, if its not its merely a change of Captains.
Interestingly, if you commit piracy within national waters its not piracy but armed robbery, so all you buddy pirates out there stay in International Waters tomorrow on Talk like a Pirate day elseyou are just a common blagger

Commandeering? Not really sure, but Captain Jack Sparrow says something similar in Pirates of the Carribean.

Its Commandeering for sure.
Mutiny is an overthrow generally by the "public" in this case "the crew" on ones own "ship."

It isn't Mutiny, as this is a rebellion by a ship's own crew against it's commanding officer/s.
The general term is Commandeering.
