There is actually a few places. Were I'm moving to Las Vegas a majority of the states on the east coast. The east would more than likely be best I love going there cause it's so cheap Clothes Dinning, Housing and all of the good Colleges are over that way, also a lot of the colleges give wonderful scholarships. And trust California is not the place. I live in Apple Valley it's pretty cheap but no good schools and it's just too small and too many people trying to move there I've been here (Cali) all my life I've been trying to get away since I was 12 i'm 21 and I'm finally leaving

Rochester, NY has seven colleges/universities, plus a great medical school. The cost of housing is very reasonable, the area has water, lakes, rivers and parks galore. Depending on the type of job you are capable of handling, Rochester probably has a spot for you.
