how do I contact yahoo regarding the e-mail problem ?

At the very bottom of your mail page is a 'terms of service' that when you hover your mouse over it, it will show as a connection. Then at the very bottom of that is a link to a help page at
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/abuse/
