LOL!
Some of these "answer-ers" are getting so darn serious about a hypothetical question!!!!
My guess would be that the country you actually commited the crime in, would be the country to press charges against you, regardless where the victim gets shot.

Actually ~ wherever the person takes their last breath is the ones who get to prosecute you. I recommend very highly tho that you don't go thru with it! Why would you want to spend the rest of your life in an 8 x 10 ft. cell with 3 hots and a cot and pretty much nothing else? Do you like people to tell you what to do 365/24/7? Do you have that many deranged thoughts about killing? Get some professional help should that be the case!!

the actual crime happened in Mexico, therefore you would be arrested by American authority's and handed over to the Mexicans whose fair and equitable system of justice is well known. There is also the possibility that the border guards would simply "accidently" shoot you in the bi lingual confusion, thereby saving a lot of time and money by both governments.

I hate to tell you this but both. You murdered someone on american soil which means that you can be tried for first degree murder here....but the person that you shot would be on mexican soil so they would send the body and evidence to the united states so that they could sentence you. Mexico is not really "home free" anymore....and neither is Canada...they send you back.

Since the victim and the majority of the crime scene was actually in Mexico the mexicans would get you. A mexican jail would be a good place for someone who shot their wife. I don't condone it but I can understand the urge to do so.

The United States. The gun was fired in the U.S. so the crime took place in the U.S. The dead body just happens to be in another country. If you shot someone in the U.S. and they got on a plane and died in another country the U. S. gets you for the crime.

Don't know. Why would you shoot your wife? If she is in the US and you are in Mexico stay there, it is more difficult for her to come down there than it is for you to enter back into the US. Remember don't eat the worm or drink the water.

both as murder is a crime in both countries, and should not be an option to bad marriage and it's harder to get out of jail in mexico then the usa but if that's all you want to do is kill people you can't get along with, then you deserve to be in jail for life. though I'm pro capital punishement for murder crimes.
