There must be a wireless receiver connected to your system first, with the drivers installed - it may be just a usb device. Only after that could you use the mouse and keyboard.

Have you put in the batteries and used the installation disk to install on your system? Just thought I would ask you to start out.. did they come with your computer or are you trying to add them to your computer? Are they on the Hardware Compatability List for Microsoft, if you are using XP? All questions that need to be known before you can get help.

did u install d drivers...check batteries...check recever connection...try reset signal button...
