A B&B gives you a room to sleep in and your breakfast in the morning. A Guest House usually has a residents lounge and may serve other meals. Having said that, there are some great B&Bs and some really bad Guest Houses...its all about what you want and what you pay.

You definately get breakfast in a b and b not always is a guest house.

Guest houses charges don't include breakfasts while in B&Bs, the breakfast is included.

Not a lot, only with a BB you kick the people out in the morning and don't expect them to return all day. With a guesthouse this is not the case, they can come and go when they like.
