I've heard by simply learning how to breathe, you can improve your weight and health drastically. Is that true and what are these "secret" breathing methods.

An excellent source of info. on this issue can be found at "Holistic-Online.com". When you get to their homepage, scroll down to find the subject "Yoga" in the column on the left side of the webpage. Click on it to go to the "Yoga" homepage. Scroll down on this page to about the middle of the page to find the section titled "Breathing/Pranayama". This section has GREAT and detailed information to answer your question.

You must learn to breathe in fully so that your lungs are full, then exhale and empty, then fill again, too many too often are short breathers and need to inhale fully, exhale fully and so on.

yes it is true. some Indian gurus discovered these, and usually they dont write them down, so u have to search the internet
