Just have family around...if he doesn't care about the baby being born don't worry about it...there will be many people happy for you on that day...

If he doesn't want to be there you can't make him. Does it really matter if he is there or not? My ex husband had to be bailed out the day before my son was born. I really wish I hadn't. But when your going to have your first baby your emotions make you think crazy things. I should have left him there to rott! There was a reason I left him two months earlier. I should have remembered that reason.
