I have no access to a gym. Pretty much what I've got is a twenty pound dumbbell, a bike, and my own body. I'm looking to not really put on a ton of pounds but more along the lines of toning my upperbody. Right now I've been doing an 8 mile ride in the morning and another one at night. Along with that I've been doing pushups and curls. Any other suggestions.

The biking twice a day is just to and from work which is about 8 miles one way.

crunches, lunges, squats, bench dips-you can improvise-a bi, ri, abs routine non stop-you first do some bi, move into the tri's w/o stopping and then do abs. try that 3-5 times in a row=killer! try lunges with wts, Romanian Dip, abs-3-5 times non stop! good luck!

Ease back on the biking TWICE a day. That's too much...

Do some body squats in the evenings (or mornings) to substitute for one of the bike rides. Squat with your hands outstretched in front of you to maintain your balance and proper form. You will be amazed what that does to shaping your legs!

Also remember to do situps. Do them with both your legs elevated in the air and try and reach up with you hands to touch your shins.

Sounds okay to me.....make sure on your ride that you get a good cardio workout. Try to increase your ride to 10 miles
