I use Bandicam to record and then Bandicut to cut out sections that I don't need after recording.

As far as I know, you can't. BUT if you have a laptop you can always go back to it without needing to download it or connect to the internet. It isn't a very smart way but yeah. You can go to youtube and click on the video you want, after it fully loads don't close that window but hibernate your computer and it will be there when you turn it on again.

To record the video, do it with a camcorder (or what you want to use) and then edit it with video editing software. That's when you upload it.
