Losing weight quickly is not the answer. I'm working to lose now myself and I find it best to just watch what I eat and exercise 30min a day. I've lost 30 lbs since 4/06

Eat 6 small meals a day... by "meals" that means like eat 6 different times a day each meal consisting of 200 calories or so... so that your total caloric(spelling???) intake is no less than 1200.... or else your metabolism will slow, causing your weight loss to slow.

eating more often, but smaller meals speeds up your metabolism

Please speak to your doctor before starting any new diet, especially one where you hope to lose a lot of weight in a short time. Don't forget, also, that dieting is just one half of losing weight - you have to get plenty of exercise, too.

watch your eating, and drink alot of water ! pretty simple ! you should try bikram yoga too ! It will help you lose a few excess pounds and it is really noticeable !!! works if you need to do that as soon as possible !
