Did your parents smoke in the house while you where growing up? Children who grow up around a lot of smoke are sicker then average which continues on to adulthood. Do you smoke now?

The best advice I could give would be to go and see a good Nature Path. They might discover that something is missing in your diet or find something a doctor has overlooked. Get a referral from a friend for a good one.

I also have a bad immune system because I once had mono and strep throat at the same time. The doctors say that once you've had mono it's a matter of when you'll get it again. My colds last forever. A chest infection had me in bed for a week straight wishing for death to come soon. So to answer your question this does happen to me too. Best wishes.

my mother has lupus and she faces the same problems everyday. It seems like every little bug that comes around she catches it, so mabe you need to see a doctor and have some test run to find out what is truly going on with your body.

I was like that for over six months after each of my girls were born. Are you getting enough sleep and eating enough protein? Also you need to get enough vitamin C and bioflavonoids.
