Geee.... I see there are still ladies around that don't realize guys have legs. You probably purchased MEDICAL graduated compression hose! Was it a prescription? If not just get any woman's GRADUATED COMPRESSION PANTYHOSE with a Lycra content near 30% and they will fit perfectly and super comfortable. (They fit any shape so don't worry. They don't have to be made for a man. That is a marketing ploy). These will provide support you can feel and not have the problems you mentioned. They will solve "problems" for most people that don't have a medical condition. Plan on trying many different brands to figure out which is most comfortable for you.

For the uninformed take a look at the following sites (below) to learn more. Graduated compression pantyhose are really high tech and solve a lot of problems. Mainly improving circulation of blood and higher performance for athletes (Kobe Bryant, etc). Perfect for those who sit or stand a lot. Also they are considered preventive for the formation of varicose veins so later in life you will have great looking legs. There are a lot of other benefits...prevents tick and bug bites (military uses them). Provides a small amount of extra warmth if worn under pants and if worn with shots or short skirt they will provide a cooling effect due to moisture being wicked from the skin and evaporated (evaporative cooling but only if moving to have air circulation) as I said high tech!!! And don't worry... Pantyhose are now very much unisex. Most women don't like them but they never bothered to try different sizes, cuts (brands), materials content to get it right. Men are now blazing the way and scientists are just learning the benefits sooooo don't pay any attention to the uninformed who don't think out of the box. Do your homework. There is nothing negative about compression pantyhose other than the ignorant men and women who don't understand how they work.

You should start with the lightest support and work your way up the support level until you feel that they are doing the job you intended.
Ensure you get the right size, remember that the length of leg counts as well as the size of the body.
If you are in the UK, Marks and Spencers does a very good line in these.

support tights are meant to make ur circulation run better...sounds like you got the wrong size dude! (wait, are you a dude by the way asking a ladies' question?) read the chart again and re-measure...they shouldnt be too tight to restrict blood supply...

not to worry, if you get the right size they can actually help your circulation. a lot of women with vericose vains wear panty hose to keep their blood circulating so that vain will be less likely to rupture. ive been there, wearing a size too small... dont feel ashamed to get a size to big

depending on how long you wear them, how good your circulation is in the first place,if you buy the right size, but all around ,anything that cuts off your circulation for long periods of time can't be good for you, that's just common sense.

well if you cant get them off, yes I would say that is bad. I know its cutting off your blood circulation, that can't be good. Why do you wear them anyways, just curious?

try a larger size, sounds like they are too small for you on the waist.
