Take straight bleach from the bottle onto a Q-tip, rub the area the mold is on and it should come out. Rinse with cold water after putting bleach on. If you have to, keep doing till stain goes. Also, ya might want to do your laundry a little sooner than ya have been! Then you won't get the black mold so much! Know this - been there!!

Don't 'cha just hate when that happens! I found this on the web:
To remove mildew from white cotton items such as sheets and T-shirts, mix a box of baking soda in a five-gallon bucket of hot water and soak the items overnight, then wash as usual. Pour the soda water down your kitchen drain, followed by a cup of vinegar, to flush out grease deposits and leave a fresh smell.

Soak garment in a answer of a million/4 cup oxygen bleach (labelled 'all fabrics' or 'perborate') in a million gallon (3.8 litres) of warmth water for half-hour earlier washing. i think of drying interior the sunlight could be sturdy too yet that may not eliminate the stain the mildew left in the back of. I even have washed darks in that 'all fabrics' bleach and it extremely is been effective... even though it extremely is quite helpful to do a 'attempt corner' on the cloth earlier immersing the entire shirt interior the water! Cheers

If it is mold, then bleach will take care of it.
For mildew, a mixture of salt, vinegar, and water should remove mildew stains on most fabrics. Use up to full-strength vinegar if mildew is extensive
