if the pet was black, yes, but if it was white I would think it is white, or brown or whatever colour it is. What sort of silly question is that?

hmm some people think a golden reciver is the ulitmate white person dog maybe
the dog might not listen very well if
the black person cant afford behavior school for the pet or is jsut too cheap to
soo the dog might have problem since its owner might be poor or careless about it
white people in numbers tend to care for dogs alot like running adopting centers ,clinics,having that famous dog show

Animals don't have ethnic classifications like people do. They have breeds.
If humans had breed classifications you would definitely be somehow related to the donkey (jackass) breed.
