Type in Maslow's Pyramid on Google image search and a bunch come up.

You can get this from a book called Organisational Behaviour, an introductory text by Buchanan & Huczynski. The latest edition is the 4th Edition I think. Go to your local library and ask for it. If they don't have this ask for books on Organisational Behaviour. Laurie. J. Mullins is another good author for this.

What you need is Maslow's hierarchy of needs. This is the correct name for it. You will know when you have the right diagram because the top one is "Transcendency"
