There's this stuff, in the hardware department at Wal-Mart, called "Yellow Out!" It's used for exactly what you described.

Yellow Out works - just ONLY use it on 100% white shirts.

Any color in the shirt will be discolored by the yellow out.

Good luck!

Are you certain about the bleach? If you use a bleach PEN you can be very specific in your application. Other than that try soaking it in white vinegar.

Pour 1 cup of white vinegar to the wash cycle with the shirts - launder as usual.

Yes! id have to say if you soak overnight in Clorox bleach that should work its usually the store bought bleach that leaves stains, but i know an excellent cleaner you could try( and you dont have to go further than your bathroom),try rubbing the stain using bar soap youll have to scrub an scrub but im telling you,i dont know whats in soap but it really does work better than detergent on stains.GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tip: Adding ½ cup of lemon juice to the rinse cycle of a medium load of whites will lightly bleach the clothing. This technique is especially effective on clothes that are then hung to dry on the line. i found this works :)
, and if you don’t have hard water, use the might of minerals in your wash cycle. Add ½ cup borax or washing soda
if one fails i dunno what else except bleach but that damages and discolors
