People who post questions like 'how do i get my money tree to produce bigger denominations' or 'how do i get naked pictures of yahoo a! girls' or 'can i put dynamite in my pool to get rid of the neighborhood kids' I'm seriously wondering if you think your questions are funny or witty?

I'm not judging. Personally, I don't think they're funny or witty but was wondering if you think the questions are funny?

Understand their value for fun or light-heartedness but what do you think of these types of questions?

Not sure about you but I find them annoying.

They put me in mind of the people you work with who think their jokes are hilarious even though they tell the same ones over and over again and the jokes are about as old (as this saying is) as dirt.

Would prefer they not waste the time of legitimate questions. There's enough funny real stuff out there to post about instead of using old jokes like finding the corner in a round room. So old and tired.

And I love it when people respond to serious questions like yours where you clearly say how you feel about them but want to know other's opinions about them by saying "lighten up" or "get a life." I think they're probably the same people who aren't lightened or don't have a life.

OK, vent is over.

Nice questions. Thumbs up from me!

And here I thought it was a how do you define yourself as funny or witty. Those types of questions are funny WHY because it is things everyone thinks of at some point but don't have the guts to say out loud.

I lean more towards being original or balancing the fine line of "Does he really not know this?" I don't like the blatently stupid questions such as "Can I use Dynamite to blow up my wife is she farts?". Those don't amuse me at all.

I think the real topic here is in the answers to the questions... Have you noticed how unorginal people are? I'd say 90% of the answers are a variation of the same answer.

I guess people who write them think they are funny and indeed probably as you say provide them with some amount of amusement, however as a reader of questions I find the more original ones wittier. Unfortunately I find myself lacking in the ability to pen such witticisms and can only hope to find the odd rare question posted here.

Some of them are funny, some are just tactless. But a word to the wise: I got all of my Qs deleted today for no apparent reason. The Qs asked were some of the most mild ones in recent memory. Bizarre...

I think I'm witty b/c I really don't make people laugh, it's only if I do something stupid like fall down the stairs or trip on someone shoes when I don't know where I'm walking.

If the questions are done subtley and not followed by a big "LOL!!!11" then sometimes they come off as witty, yes. But other people are just stupid and come off as idiots.

I wonder the same thing. Or the 11 year old kids whose only questions are about sex, pregnancy, bodily functions and being a village idiot.

I sometimes ask those types of questions.

Sometimes we just need a twist.
