No I don't, you've still got a lot of growing and maturing to do. Although you obviously think you love them now, you need to hold out for a bit to test the waters more. If you still feel the same way when you've become an adult, then perhaps give it a shot.
But you need to be more concerned with getting an education in order to obtain not just a job, but a good career.
You didn't mention how old the other person is, but if they're the same age... do you plan to live with your parents???? That's not a good way to start out. You must first be able to take responsibility for yourself and each other, without being a burden on your family and society.

No, it's not. My husband and I got married when we were both young and even though we are one of the "lucky ones" that are still together, it has been hard. No matter how much you love that person, believe me, when you get a little older, you will look back and realize how much you missed out on and all of the things you should have, could have, and would have done had you not gotten married. Don't rush things. You are young and you have a lot of living and exploring to do. There will come a time when you are both mature enough to settle down and be committed in a life-long relationship, but the age that you are at now, is not that time. Take it from someone who has been there, done that, someone who knew what they were doing and no one could tell them any different..........wait.

While I disagree with some answers, I do agree with the fact that it is not smart to get married that young. At that age, your hormones are raging, and while it may seem like a good idea, you're probably not thinking about all that goes with being married. I got married at 19, but due to my family situation, my maturity level has been slightly higher than most at that age. If I were to marry the guy I was 'in love' with at that age, I would be in one hell of a mess! Just give it a little time. Think about where you would live, income, what would happen if you/your gf got pregnant, etc. Bills aren't cheap, and chances are, your parents won't pay them for you. Just think about it a little more. If it's meant to be, you'll still be together in a few years, and you'll probably be more emotionally ready for that kind of committment.

No it isn't smart to get married at that age...16 yr. olds have not even experienced life yet. It takes time to mature...with maturity comes a better understanding of what love truly is. The love felt as a teenager most times is not the love of a lifetime. With age comes wisdom. The full hormonal package hasn't even completed at that age. If it's "true love" at 16, it will be true love at 18 or 21.

Absolutely not! At the age of 15 or 16 you have not experienced enough of what life has to offer to make that kind of decision. You know the saying, "your parents know best". Well its actually true and its because they've lived through all of the similar situations that you are going through. You need time to learn, evolve, and grow as a person before you commit THE REST OF YOUR LIFE to someone else.

Nope. Not smart at all!
If you want to get married in the worst way, this is probably the worst way to go about it. Wait until you're 25 or so. You'll be much more mature then, and better able to make a good decision.

Absolutely not. You will be a totally different person at 25 or 30! Finish school, get a post-secondary education, get out into the work force and live on your own as a mature adult - then, think about settling down.

It is probably the biggest mistake you will make in your life getting married so young. If the love is strong it will last until you are both old enough, finished your education and gotten a career started.
You have to both mature more before you make a commitment of marriage.

It is not smart to marry someone that young. If you truly love each other you will still be together at 25, so why rush?

No way......NEVER! Life has not even begun for you at that age...wait until you're at least 25 to 30....enjoy being single first, then settle down and get married. Wish someone had given me this wonderful advice years ago. They didn't, and now , I'm a "statistic"!
