He is going to be replacing Shawn of DOOL and in all of the pictures that I've seen he looks really old.

older than jason...
He will be good I think...he has blue eys and Jason has brown but they are the same height of 5'11"
and basically the same looks if not for the eye color...

Go to the yahoo.com search engine. On the top, click 'images' then type in his name. The search will bring up pictures only that you might not otherwise find.
