It is true that there is a huge conservative bias in the New media these days. If any reporter dares to say anything against King George W. Bush they are immediately discharged. MSNBC is owned by General Electric, ABC is owned by Disney which are huge corporation and thus they have loads of money to back them up, especially ill-gotten religious right wing money. Money! That is the answer. Hit those greedy corporations right where it hurts them the most. In their pocketbooks!
Boycott, boycott, and boycott some more!

Lol, you have got to be kidding right?
Lets look at the major media conglomerates in this country shall wee. Are you suggesting that the New York Daily News is not liberal? How about CNN? You know... Ted Turner? And how many stations does that liberal own? How about ABC?
Just because Fox News is more watched than CNN, doesn't mean that conservatives have taken over the media outlets. It is just a more popular thought in our country right now. And until the Dems can actually have a platform to run on, the conservative train rolls on along.
There is also some radio spots that conservatives have in Rush, and Sean. Liberals had Air America, and ummm didn't they just go bankrupt last week? I'm sure it was just a bad time slot right?

We could ask Al Franken to get a liberal radio talk show - that would REALLY tear Rush Limbo's fat a ss up. Maybe Franken can also push for an all-liberal radio talk network, maybe call it "American Air," "America on the Air," or "The Air of America." I'm just brainstorming. Personally I think the name should have the words "America" and "Air." But whatever, that would really send conservatives running home to knitting class like little girly-men, don't you think?
Also, both parties need to figure out what to do about OBESITY in America. They need to start dealing with the really heavy issues. That'd be phat.
Love Jack.

What media are you seeing? The New York Times and The Washington Times are huge liberal papers. There are very few conservative papers out there.
The media is almost universally liberal. Just look at Drudgereport.com and see the liberal slant to all the headlines on all the different national newspapers.
Really, people. Think for yourselves.

The media is unquestionably a extensive component to the difficulty, although, the dumbing down of people starts from grade college up until adulthood. So, i'm susceptible to believe that if the US training equipment replaced into as much as scratch maximum folk does no longer be fooled by the frivolous media retailers with their hidden company agendas. of course, it is easy to desire to argue that given the quantity of time individuals spend in front of their television monitors, the television does play a needed function interior the educational of our youthful technology, so in that sense, the main considerable pass media is compounding the difficulty. All in all, i will gladly admit that we are f**ked as a u . s ., and that i've got not any faith interior maximum folk of my fellow electorate. Unfounded desire, specific, yet truthfully no longer faith in them.

There is bias in all media. I think as Americans we are doing already what we should. but most importantly, people need to read more and watch TV news less. TV news is the most popular method and also the worst and most unreliable outlet.

Watch Olbermann and John Stewart. If balanced or more liberal ratings increase perhaps we will see more balance. You can also subscribe to publications such as the New York Times. Ideally the media will get back to viewing all sides of an issue with a critical eye.
If today's journalists were active in the '70's Nixon would have had two terms.

I don't know what channels you watch but as far as I know there is only 1 network that even comes close anfd that is Fox.
Over 40-plus years, the only thing that's changed in the media's politics is that many national journalists have now cleverly decided to call themselves moderates. But their actual views haven't changed, the Pew survey showed. Their political beliefs are close to those of self-identified liberals and nowhere near those of conservatives. And the proportion of liberals to conservatives in the press, either 3-to-1 or 4-to-1, has stayed the same. That liberals are dominant is now beyond dispute.

Read a number of different sources from different points of view. The internet is great for this.
That way you will avoid any bias in the "mainstream" media, be it liberal or conservative.
