I would like to make a flying crank ghost but I want to find a cheap way to make it.
Anyone have any good ideas?

This one is only $20. You can find it at most craft stores. I find it easier to buy than to make it.

use string and put cloth on it? I'm not sure what a flying crank ghost is.

Kmart sells a flying ghost (sound activated). it's hooked up on to string, and you tie both ends of the string on to two trees or some where, and it flies around.
