Which fork to use. You know here at home I just eat my meal with one fork for each setting. I hate washing up. Most the time I use plasic ware....I would have to do a quick study. I know the dinner & salad fork. Other then that. I'm lost.Do know the spoons.

Seriously? I'd have to find out who else was going to be there and check up on the correct forms of address. You don't refer to the Archbishop of Canterbury as "Hey, Mr Bishop Guy" (at least not at a formal dinner).
Remember, the whole and only point of manners is to allow the evening to proceed pleasantly, without unnecessary awkwardness.

I would have to work on keeping my elbows off of the table. But who really cares, according to you she is a nose picker. I do not think I would even take it to level.

table manners i guess and try too listen exactly what she's saying I'd hate to ask her to repeat herself if you have to though don't say hey? rather say i beg your pardon,good manners are a way of showing someone you have respect for them!
