Unable to Reset IP using ipconfig or rapair tool?

Using XP Prof with broadband connection. Recently I am unable to route and unable to renew IP. Drivers and Hardware seem fine. TCP/IP issue? Is there a way to reinstall or otherwise repair my connectoid within XP?Ping shows 100% packet loss. No router or other type of networking installed. ISP connection verified with VISTA (has new stack) and my ISP so it's on my end and only with XP.

Have your ISP reset your ip on their end...They're ale to do that...then reboot.
