sorry to bother with menial things, but i have been working at this company for more than 5 years. we were always hailed as the best employees, but since this chick started working she has ruined our reputation with the boss. we went from salary to hourly pay, (even though we dont get paid overtime but get deducted time) and havent seen any type of bonus, and the boss knows stupid stuff that we do(ie how many times we go to the bathroom)
she's ALWAYS on myspace, she doesn't do much in terms of work, and she gets all the time off she wants. but the big kicker is that she's his daughter now that her mom got married to the boss!
help me out people! i plan on quitting soon, especially with her here, so give me all you got!

Why are you letting her have so much power over you. She can even get you to quit your job? Take back control. Ignore her. Ignore what she does. Don't give her the upper hand. you keep it. Good Luck!!!

Okay umm...well you could get her caught by her step-father. You could try and video record her not doing anything, or you could try and embarrass her anonymously. Those are the only options I can think of right now. Good luck

Clearly there is discrimination going on her the stepdaughter over you. Make a stink when you leave with employee protection and see what they say about it.

Oh dear! it's Nepotism..and you can't do anything about it. Just work hard and mind your own business. If you don't like it, leave and look for another job Or join them.
