oh its just one of my attention-seeking antics. you know me. i like to be on the spotlight all the time and i like to be talked about.

i have been desperately trying to be like mike and i try to copy the things that he's done like number-changing and all that crap. maybe i'll consider baseball in the future haha. but first i gotta win more scoring titles so that i'll be more like mike.

as for the number, i think its kinda corny, but 24 is one up to his 23. i want to be like mike but at the same time, i want to be better than him. badly. i know you guys don't agree with me but i am better than him. i am the best.

Kobe changed his jersey to start the second half of his career sort of like a fresh start. All the drama of Shaq, the Colorado case, etc will end with the number 8. He chose the number 24 to show his hard work ethic which is 24 hours a day. Saying that he works 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Kobe and Odom is 24/7. It also helps if changing your number will also increase your jersey sales.

Kobe wore 24 in extreme college and plus he mentioned 24 stood for twenty-four/7. For him basketball is 24 hours an afternoon 7 days each week. For all the Kobe haters provide up hating. Hate whilst u grow to be a legend.

i don't care what number he wears, as long as he's the same player. although, he doesn't look that bad as #24:http://media.sports.ign.com/articles/726...

he wore #24 in high school as a freshmen/sophmore and #33 when he was a junior/senior! he also said he's changing his number because he multiplied his titles by his "old" #8: 8 x 3 = 24. And also because he said he works on his game 24/7. And he also said because this is a new era of Lakers basketball, and he's gonna lead us to the promise land! Go Lakers!!
