games that are NOT GH are listed with that description to let you know that it's an original version of the game, not the greatest hits remake

generally, it's harder to find a first version, so they're more expensive. in reality, though, it's all vanity. far as i know, GH versions to not cut anything out of the game, so go for the GH, unless you plan on eventually selling it.

as mentioned above, GH should not net more than 19.99, but originals are usually 25%-50% more than GH retail price

GH means GRESTEST HITS when it says not GH in means NOT A GREASTEST HITS and no you are not being rip off unless you are fixing to pay over 20.00 bucks for the game because most GH games are only 19.99

It would probably be easier if I could see the listing or if I had a little more info, but it might stand for Greatest Hits if it's a Playstation game. So you know the person bought it for full-price when the game first launched and it's not a rerelease.

Other than that, I really don't know what it might be.

Try maybe emailing the seller and see what they say?
