my current job is an ice cream truck driver, during the winter days i plow snow. fyi this wasn't a dream, it happened while i was eating dinner last night.

If you are hearing voices there MAY be a simple medical explanation for it. Seek a doctors advice and take the medicine he / she prescribes.
If medicine resolves this be thankful, if not:
1. You have a demon troubling you.
2. Don't over react, they troubled Jesus too and he did nothing wrong.
3. Just don't do what the voice is telling you.
4. Pray using God's name Ps. 83:18
5. Seek help from his name people.
