This question would make more sense if a specific statement or issue was indicated. Rush is a entertainer/propagandist.
No one is right 100% of the time. I haven't listened to him much lately but he seemed to be 80% wrong the last time I heard him. He gets his talking points from Karl Rove and the Republican National committee, so his perspective is extremely biased.
It is also interesting that people who are so up in arms about people who break the law have no problem quoting this lawbreaker.

Rush is an entertainer, not an investigative reporter. His sources are few and his knowledge base shallow. He understands just enough about any issue to be a rabble-rouser, which is what he gets paid for. The more he stirs up his listeners, the more people tune in and the more the network can charge for advertising. In the end it's not about right or left, it's about the Almighty Dollar.

From what I've heard from him, Rush is never right. Rush is always controversial. He'll say anything to piss someone off. The more people complain to the producers, the more it shows people are watching his show.
And no. Liberals are not wrong. Unless you believe it's wrong to care about the rights of individuals and think that the government shouldn't keep reaching for more and more power.

I'd give Rush about 75%. Liberals about 40%.
Rush is more right about solution to problems, but is slower in seeing the problem.
Liberals are more right about the identification of problems, however, their solutions often make problems worse.

Liberals are so dumb! They live in the la-la land. They don't even realize that they are practically siding with terrorists.

Rush is probably right on how to hide the fact you are a drug addict, and yes the democrats are wrong for not showing this hypocrite up for whom he is.

In a black and white world ...Rush is in the wrong corner, obviously things are nuanced and I don't think anyone is wrong all the time... but I would say that he is more wrong than right !
