Around 450 have travelled more than about 50 miles above the earth's surface, see Astronaut reference. 444 of those have reached earth orbit or beyond.
Some say that 'outer space' is beyond the earth's orbit, so by that standard, none.
This doesn't count any alien abductions etc.

I believe that there are a great many more than would be officially listed. The experimental jet / rocket / engine programs around the world have produced a number of craft which were tested to their limits going straight up, just to see how far they could go. You will find textbook answers of X number of astronauts in space and then you would have to add a certain amount of research pilots who went there. One such incident, was the 2 men aboard a Canadian Avro Arrow, just before the canadian government fired everyone, and cut the 13 planes with blow torches into pieces and burried them. On one of the last flights, the pilot used the full-afterburner engine ( like the one on the CONCORD ), to go straight up. With the momentum from the speed before the engines quit from lack of air, the Avro went into space, stopped, and gently fell back until there was enough air to start them again.
Now, with the X project to get private resources into space and multiple space fights happening on a monthly basis, you would have to really search constantly to keep up with all the people in " space " -- which , as you notice, I have put in " " marks, since where " space " starts and ends is critical to your question, and the definition may vary from usage to usage. If you mean to orbit the earth at least once at X altitude, then there X number of people who have done it, since the Russian and American and German etc. test pilots who went " up " briefly into " space ( which might be determined to be x miles above the earth ) would not orbit the earth. If you mean REALLY into space, ie, not in orbit, then only a few recent people would be listed on the moon flights.
In the past, given that the Suez canal and Panama canal are 3000 and 5000 years old, ( ground penetrating satellite radar has mapped the ancient canals ) there were aliens 5000 years ago clearly written and described in ancient Indian Sanscrit texts, and there is a launch tube in Peru, going from the top of the mountains, down for miles, past the Pacific sea level, underground for another 2 miles, perfectly square, laser straight, with no tool marks, dated at over 2000 years ago, . ..I would guess that some luck earthlings got to go into space thousands of years ago - or, if you read books like COMMUNION, maybe not so lucky... The ancient Sanskrit texts talk about a few different alien cultures enlisting humans to help work on spaceships for war between the various alien groups... whether we were valued helpers or slaves, I guess , well, we have yet to get out into space to discover out fate in the stars - we know what we are doing here... ( killing the planet and ourselves ).
