It is not your wireless access point that moves. Your PSP will only pickup existing wireless networks.

Your wireless access point has a limited range, especially if going through walls and whatnot. Try moving the antennae so that it points in a good direction, or directions if there are 2.

You're going to need a UPS battery backup and a heck of a lot of CAT5e cable. Plug your WAP into the battery, and string the cable along behind you as you go.
Be careful not to get the line tangled.

well it depends on the acess points since, most places charge for access. most shops like starbucks have internet access.
it all depends on the locations and if they charge for access.
