If you're talking personal stuff, then yes.
But if there are backdoor deals being made, or there is a direct effect on myself or others; now we're talking a whole 'nuther creature. The US government, unfortunately, can't operate (or can't seem to operate) without them. Most corporations work out of the public view. And to a point, it has to be that way. If we all knew everyone else's business, there would be no competition.

But no one has the right to know what goes on behind my door, unless I'm willing to share that information. Hopefully no one wants to know.

No. What if a child is being molested? I think with most things, people should just mind their own business. But when it comes to committing heinous acts at the detriment of others, that should not stay behind closed doors when found out.

Hmmm...good question. I guess it depends. What if the cure for cancer went on behind closed doors? Well it does, in a lab, where you need special clearance, much higher than Yahoo Answers Level 2 clearance.

Of course, what most of us do behind closed doors should probably stay there. I play Parcheesi, in my pajamas, with my cat.

Will it ALWAYS be behind closed doors or will it someday spill out and hurt people? If it will never spill out then it doesnt matter.
