Your chances of having a good life with either one are better. They typically have good set of basic character values and integrity and will do their best to provide for you.

That Marry T answer sucks. The military is an excellent opprtunity for someone who has to make there way in this world without any financial help.
Forgive for being rude but judging by the ethics of your question and your grammatical mistake of not using "an" before Enlisted. I'd say the two men can do better than you. You must be a good piece of something because your mind isn't all that good.

I wouldn't base a decision as important as marrying someone on what their rank was in the Military. Their rank isn't going to make them a better spouse, even if certain attitudes in the Military believe there is a difference between their Enlisted and Officers.
I dated a few Officers before meeting, falling in love and eventually marrying my "Enlisted Guy," and I have never regretted that decision. The Officers I dated were great guys, but they were each lacking something that I was looking for in the person I wanted to spend the rest of my life with.
The fact is that both Officers and Enlisted keep the Military running. Each job is important, and one is no better then the other.

Frank H, I think you should probably check your facts. In the entire US Military, there is less then 600 Military Families on Welfare. And then the only State assistance they receive is Food Stamps. Medical, dental and even help with the cost of daycare is provide by the Military. The average Military Family that does receive food stamps are the young ones (Between 18 to 24) who have gotten in over their heads with debt by buying stuff that they couldn't afford. The Armed Forces takes their members finances very seriously. You can bet if one of them is on welfare, they are receiving finical counseling by their superior.
Further more, even without a college education, many enlisted can get out and make a decent living with a civilian company from just the knowledge they learned in the service. But with the money that service members receive from the G.I. Bill, and being able to take many free college classes while on active duty, they end up with a degree that will get them even better paying jobs.
My husband's job has certainly paid our bills and provided us with a comfortable life. I know his 20 years in the Navy has provided him with more education and knowledge then many civilians that have attend college for years and years. When he retires in a few years, our retirement check that we receive for the rest of his life will be enough to cover our mortgage and car payment. That will come in handy during his time in law school, which will also be covered completely by his G.I. Bill.

Depends which country they represent. An officer is more likely to face a war crimes tribunal than a soldier.

What makes you think that YOU have the choice. Maybe neither one would want you. Maybe they would see that you have to ask someone else what and how to do things. Why? Money. Money wise, the officer. If he stays an officer. They are more likely to be reduced in grade or sent home.

How about making something of yourself, Princess?
